Manager
Noolaham Foundation Sri Lanka, engages in documentation and preservation of all spheres of knowledge of Tamil speaking communities, want to recruit a manger.
The manager is required to give leadership in running the operations effectively, while being responsible for programme implementation.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must be an individual with strong administrative capacity and excellent communication and analytical skills. He or she should has at least 5 year similar capacity and should be confident, committed to achieve goals and able to motivate and lead the team.

முகாமையாளர் நிர்வாகத் திறனும் பகுப்பாய்வுத் திறமையும் கொண்டவராக இருக்க வேண்டும். இது போன்றதொரு பொறுப்பில் குறைந்தது ஐந்தாண்டு அனுபவம் விரும்பத் தக்கது. இணைந்து செயலாற்றுபவராகவும் நிறுவன இலக்குகளை அடைய குழுவினரை ஊக்கப்படுத்தி வழிநடத்தும் திறமையுடையவராகவும் இருப்பது அவசியமாகிறது.
