“Pallikoodam” the education project conducted by Noolaham Foundation with innovative purpose , aims to create a virtual platform that supports and empowers Students at the grass roots level within the Tamil speaking communities is in Sri Lanka and promote education as an avenue.

To enhance this aims Noolaham Foundation has funded to a project annually conducted by Tamil students of Moratuwa University. Since 2010 Tamil Students in University of Moratuwa are organizing pre exam sessions for Tamil A/L Students in Mathematics and Science streams all over the country. Noolaham Foundation has provided fund assistance for this year exams.

A Special event was held for this funding on 19.05.2013.On this event Sutharshan Sirinivasan, Coordinator of Noolaham Foundation Canada handed over the cheque. Noolaham foundation Director Seran Sivananthamoorthy , “palikoodam” project coordinator Sureshkumar Kanthasamy and Tamil student`s representatives of university of Moratuwa attended to this event.
