Nankuram (நங்கூரம்) is a monthly magazine which was first published in 1992. It was published for 3 years and was stopped in 1995 because of the civil war exodus. And it was restarted in 2012 by it's editor and publisher Mr. Ponnudurai Ayngaranesan.

Noolaham foundation made a contact with Mr. Ponnudurai ayngaranesan who has been serving as a provincial council agricultural minister at the moment, to take his permission for his publications to digitize in NF digital library. The meeting was held on 22th of May 2015 at 06.15 pm in his office by our foundation’s communication and public associate and digital library officer. Mr. Ponnudurai ayngaranesan was the editor of the ‘Nankuuram’ (நங்கூரம்) social science monthly magazine and wrote few books also.

Mr. Ponnudurai ayngaranesan is now serving as the agricultural Minister at Northern Provincial council. On 22th of May 2015, Communication Officer and Digital Library Officer of Noolaham Foundation met Mr. Ponnudurai Ayngaranesan to obtain his permission to digitize the Nanguram magazines and other books written by him and make them available at NF digital library. The meeting was held at 06.15 pm at his office and he not only gave the permissions but also conveyed his interest to support Noolaham Foundation activities as well.

Since, Noolaham foundation digitized 24 publications of the monthly magazine and two books of him. Also he would like to provide his some of the publications which could not get during the NF archiving period. And he had been interested to support for foundation’s activities through several ways.

So far Noolaham Foundation has digitized 24 issues of the Nanguram monthly magazine and two books written by P. Ayngaranesan. All of them are now available without any access restrictions.

Permission obtained to digitize Nankuram magazine and other publications

Nankuram (நங்கூரம்) is a monthly magazine which was first published in 1992. It was published for 3 years and was stopped in 1995 because of the civil war exodus. And it was restarted in 2012 by it's editor and publisher Mr. Ponnudurai Ayngaranesan.

Mr. Ponnudurai ayngaranesan is now serving as the agricultural Minister at Northern Provincial council.
