Dr. P. Ketheswaran is responsible for Noolaham Australia. He started contributing towards Noolaham activities in 2008. As he is an editor of a quarterly Magazine `Kalappai'. He has been involved in a number of projects to preserve Tamil language and culture amongst Tamil Diaspora.

Ketheswaran is originally from Karugampanai (near Keerimalai), Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He studied at Mahajana College (1-10 grades) and then at St.John's College, Jaffna. Ketheswaran is a Consultant Radiologist in Sydney. He completed his MBBS degree at the University of Sydney, Australia.  Then he obtained his specialist degree in Radiology. While he was in the Sydney University, he established `Sydney university Tamil Society' and actively initiated and coordinated in various projects (including The Unifund Project, Tamil Competitions, Publishing Kalappai Magazine, Publishing a Social/Business directory(Tamil guide) for Tamils in Sydney and several other projects). He served as the President of the Sydney university Tamil Society in 1994/1995. He is now the President of the Australian Medical Aid Foundation (Sydney Branch).
