Pirapakar Nadarasa is the Digital Library Officer of Noolaham Foundation and joined in December 2014. His responsible for providing digital library collections and resources, and research services for the foundation and maintenance of the digital library and its collections such as develop and maintain cataloguing procedures. He is also providing effective access to digital library collections and resources such as develop and maintain special indexing systems and digitized documents for special collections. He reports directly to the Chief Program Executive and providing adequate services will ensure that materials are accessible, and available to digital library users. He also manage the planning, administrative and budgetary functions of the digital library and information services. He is concentrating to develop and maintain collections management policies and procedures, and ensure an accurate inventory of digital library resources.

Pirapakar was born in Kondavil, Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1989. He had his primary and secondary education at Kondavil Hindu Maha Vidyalayam, Kondavil and Jaffna Hindu College, Jaffna, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Jaffna in 2014. He has completed Diploma in Library and Information Science Level one at UOJ and currently following Diploma in Library and Information Science Level two at the same. He possesses a very good sound knowledge about the librarianship, cataloguing, classification and library resources and services.

He is member of readers circle (Vasagar Vattam) and library committee member at Nallur Pradeshiya Sabha public library, Kondavil.

Pirapakar is presently located in Kondavil, Jaffna.
