==Details==
The 41st Literary Assembly was conducted in Jaffna on the 20th and 21st of July 2013. This event was categorized under various topics and several discussions were held on the topics.

During the second day of the assembly, a presentation on the subject ‘Pallikoodam’project of Noolaham Foundation also had taken place.The Program Coordinator of ‘Pallikoodam’ Mr.Sureshkumar Kanthasamy elaborated the plans and operations of the project to those gathered at the assembly. Mr.Thiruvarangan Mahendran also contributed to the presentation by explaining the basic principles of ‘Pallikoodam’ project and how the project would be taken forward.The event was chaired by Mr.Ragavan .

Prominent writers, educationalists and literary personnel have participated in the assembly and the presentation. Mrs.Thewagowry Mahalingasivam.S represented the Noolaham Foundation in this event.

The 41st Literary Assembly was conducted in Jaffna on the 20th and 21st of July 2013. This event was categorized under various topics and several discussions were held on the topics.

During the second day of the assembly, a presentation on the subject ‘Pallikoodam’project of Noolaham Foundation also had taken place.

The Program Coordinator of ‘Pallikoodam’ Mr.Sureshkumar Kanthasamy elaborated the plans and operations of the project to those gathered at the assembly. Mr.Thiruvarangan Mahendran also contributed to the presentation by explaining the basic principles of ‘Pallikoodam’ project and how the project would be taken forward.The event was chaired by Mr Ragavan .

==Details==
A conference under the title “Mobile Library’ was held jointly by AAA and Raking Leaves on 6th and 7th of July 2013 at Park Street Mews, Ware house D, Colombo. There were several discussions took place during the conference and an exhibition was also held.
During the second day of the event, Mr Sivanandamoorthy Seran, the director of Noolaham Foundation delivered a speech on the history of Noolaham Foundation. He explained the details of formation of the foundation, the hurdles that were successfully cleared during its path, the service it renders in serving the public and its future goals.
A fair number of the members of the Noolaham Foundation participated in the event on both days.

Department of Computer Science-University of Jaffna and University of Colombo School of Computing have collaborated with Noolaham foundation for the trial assessment of the ‘Tamil OCR’ Project.

The discussion was conducted on the 4th July 2013 at the office of the foundation. Dr. E.Y. A. Charles the Head of Department of Computer Science-University of Jaffna and K. Sarveswaran, Lecturer of Department of Computer Science-University of Jaffna participated in the discussion, which was attended by the Noolaham Foundation Director Seran Sivananthamoorthy , Sureshkumar Kanthasamy and Balachandran Sanjith.

==Details==
Noolaham Foundation, in addition to its prime objectives, has commenced a new project to enhance the academic knowledge of Tamil students and to launch new educational methods to develop the intellect of the students under the name ‘ Pallikoodam.’

In order to strengthen the new idea, the Noolaham Foundation has, during this year, joined hands with the Tamil students of the University of Moratuwa in conducting ‘Mora-Model Examination’

This model examination has been conducted for the past three years for the benefit of Tamil students in the streams of Mathematics and Bio-Science in English and Tamil medium. The examination for 2013 was held from 19th and 25th of June 2013 in the districts of Jaffna,Trincomalee,Batticaloa,Mullaitivu,Kandy,Matale,Gampaha,Colombo,Vavuniya,Ampara,
Manna,Killinochchi,Badulla,Hatton. A huge number of students appeared for the examination.
