 தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட முன்வரைவுகளுக்கான ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள் தமது இறுதி வடிவத்துடன் 01-03-2013 அன்று அல்லது அதற்கு முன்னர் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படுதல் வேண்டும். ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளின் இறுதிவடிவம் 5000 சொற்களுக்கு மேற்படாததாக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
-மாநாட்டு அமர்வுகளில் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படவிருக்கும் அனைத்துக் கட்டுரைகளும் நூலக நிறுவனம் மாநாட்டின் ஆரம்ப நாள் அன்று வெளியிட உள்ள மாநாட்டுச் சிறப்பு மலரில் இடம்பெறும். கட்டுரையாளர்கள் மற்றும் பதிவு செய்த பங்குபெறுவோர் அனைவருக்கும் மாநாடு நடைபெறும் நாட்களில் மாநாட்டு சிறப்பு மலர், வெளியீடுகள், கோப்புக்கள் போன்றவை வழங்கப்படும். முழுப்பெயர்,  மின்னஞ்சல்,  வதிவிட முகவரி ஆகிய விபரங்களுடன் ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரைகளுக்கான முன்வரைவுகள், கட்டுரைகள் ஆகியவற்றை அனுப்புதலுக்கும் பிற தொடர்புகளுக்குமான முகவரி:
