Bharaneetharan is responsible for the Outreach of Noolaham Foundation. He introduced Noolaham for various websites and Tamil media. He is trying to get more volunteers to Noolaham Foundation.

Bharaneetharan was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1984. He studied in Jaffna Hindu College, Jaffna. Bharaneetharan received a B.Sc in Computer Networks from the University of East London, England in 2009. He is working as Journalist and producer in Television.

He is located in London, United Kongdom.

===Krishnakumar Rasaratnam===

Krishnakumar is responsible for the Foundation's Newsletter and Publications.

Krishnakumar was born in jaffna, Srilanka in 1952. He studied in Stanly college, Jaffna. He graduated in Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. He finished post graduate degree in Public Administration and qualified ASLLA. His research interests are Library Science, Communication, Creative literature, film and Translation.

He has worked as Library Assistant in University of Srilanka, Jaffna Campus from 1975 to 1981; in Public library, Jaffna from 1987 to 1994; and in Medical faculty of University of Jaffna from 1994 to 1999. He is working as an Assistant Register in University of Jaffna from 1999.

He is located in Jaffna, Srilanka.

===S. Kuneswaran===

Kuneswaran contributes towards Puthiya Noolaham newsletter and other outreach activities.

Kuneswaran was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1971. He studied in Uduppiddy American Mission College. Kuneswaran received a B.A (Hons) from the University of Jaffna in 1999. He has authored two books, a poetry book and an article collection. He has also edited four other books.

He is currently working as Teacher in Chemamadu Sanmuganantha Maha vidyalayam, Vavuniya.

His interests include diaspora tamil Literature, poetry, criticism, Photography and blogs.
