Collected through various channels, this feedback provides valuable insights into user perspectives, stakeholder engagement, and institutional learning. It supports the assessment of the Foundation’s activities and services, helps identify areas for improvement, and guides the continuous development and enhancement of its programmes, resources and services.

"If Noolaham has not interviewed Prof Pathmanathan (Now Chancellor of Univ of Jaffna) I would recommend that he be interviewed as soon as possible. I have only met him once in 1996 when he was Chairman of the University Grants Commission. He is a Historian and most revered as a the foremost Historian in Sri Lanka.You can contact Prof Pushparatnam who is Head of History Department of U of J. He was a student of Prof. P.
January 2018 he completed the archeology excavations of the Jaffna Fort in cooperation with the SL Archeology dept and UNESCO. After Prof P it is good to interview Prof Pushparatnam. On the same subject an interview with Prof Indrapala - who now lives in Australia - through an Australian network or individual like Dr. Gunasingam will enhance Noolaham.
