The Grey Board is a supporting governance body established by Noolaham Foundation to engage key volunteers, broaden participation in organisational decision-making, strengthen institutional capacity, and develop future leaders. Grey Board members may access relevant Board communications and participate in Board meetings by invitation. While they contribute to strategic discussions and organisational development, they do not hold voting rights or the legal responsibilities of Governance Board members. The Gray Board also provides a pathway for volunteers and former or existing Board members who are unable to undertake full Board responsibilities to remain meaningfully engaged with the Noolaham Foundation.
