The Noolaham Foundation operates within a structured, process-based organisational framework comprising eight sectors, each encompassing a defined range of processes and Projects aligned with its respective functions, responsibilities, and operational requirements.

Each sector is supported by designated Process Mentors, who provide appropriate guidance, coordination, oversight, and functional or technical support for the processes within their respective areas of responsibility. Process and Project Mentors contribute to the effective implementation, systematic maintenance, periodic review, and continuous improvement of established processes, ensuring their alignment with the Noolaham Foundation’s organisational objectives, policies, standards, procedures, and operational requirements.

Process and Project Mentors are selected and appointed within the organisational structure based on their demonstrated experience, relevant expertise, institutional knowledge, capabilities, and sustained contributions to the Noolaham Foundation.
